Hearing loss from headphones ? can't listen to soft sound? NIHL

You have noticed one thing that whenever you plug in your headphones in any phone and raise the volume a warning pops out of it telling that "listing to too loud volume can damage your ears "is this true?? Well let's see

Some people don't care about the warning and raise the volume to listen to there favourite songs, but the warning shown on the screen is not a myth it's true that it can damage your ears. Research has been studying about this and found that it is true that listing to loud volume for a longer duration can damage our ears if they come in contact , and this can cause low hearing or to 0 and this is called NIHL meaning Noise Induced Hearing Loss. People may have the loss of perception at a narrow range. Now there are different types of sound in our surroundings for example sound of AC, sound of TV , sound of children playing , sound of fan , sound of cars  but this sound doesn't affect us because these are of low frequencies and  if you are uncomfortable with the sound you go away from it , so similarly we can prevent NIHL from affecting our ears. Hearing to loud sound such as the shot of a gun , overstimulates the dedicated cells of the ears which can cause injury or hearing loss. Research has been found that if we hear more than 85 decibels of loudness for a longer period then your ears cannot listen to the normal surroundings.

Now suppose a man is standing in between the traffic and the sound of the horn is more than 85 desibels then the ears of the man will adapt the sound of the horn now next time for him the sound of the horn will be normal sound because the ears have adapted the sound , so when someone calls him he cannot hear it because his hearing sensation is low. This happens to us also when we raise the volume then sometimes we raise more volume and our ears adapt this , but we don't know that we are damaging our ears. And that's why our phones shows warning that not to raise the volume too much or it can damage our ears.
THIS CAN BE PREVENTED BY FOLLOWING BASIC STEPS.
Buy a proper head phone trough which you can hear all the sound of music or anything , sometimes there are headphones which gives base sound more vocal sound less sometimes vocal sound more and base sound less so that people will be comfortable according to there hearing. Or if you can't decide you can go to the equaliser option where you can change the sound of base or vocal.

And atleat try to use headphones less number of times, because wearing it for 24 hrs can damage our ears , so use headphones frequently . And if your using it then you should obey the warning.

So I hope you understand about the warnings and NIHL. So see you soon and good bie.
